About Mr. Stephen T. Munishi
Mr. Munishi graduated in 2014 at Ardhi University with bachelor degree in Environmental Science and Management. Sonn after graduate, Mr. Munish conducted different project concerning the environmental science and management such as Environmental impact assessment (EIA), Environment Auditing (EA), Environmental Management Plan (EMP) and Health and safety projects from 2014 up to date.
Mr.Munishi involved in various projects like:- Mining project , Industrial projects, Commercial and residential building projects, energy project(Petrol station projects), and Infrastructure development (i.e. Road upgrading project). He also managed the public participation for large and small scale projects, liaising with the interested and affected parties. Also have experience on Occupation health and safety practices, solid and liquid waste management, surface and ground water monitoring and marketing research.
Before joining Heritage Tanzania Minerals Services Limited as Director of Environmental Services, Mr.Munishi worked at Tanzania Integrated Environmental Management Ltd (TIEM) as senior environmental expert where main main duties are: Preparing Project Brief and registration form, Writing Scoping Report, Environmental Impact Assessments and Audit Report, Stakeholders consultation, Environmental Management Planning, Ensuring that research is conducted within a set time frame to meet policy requirements.
Ensuring quality control of Project, Attending Technical Advisory Committee -NEMC
Mr. Munishi has extensive experience in conducting Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA), Environmental Impact Statement, Environment Auditing (EA), Environmental Management Plan (EMP), and Health and Safety projects. Mr. Munishi worked on these types of projects for more than 50 different clients.Mr. Munishi is currently registered with NEMC and authorized to practice the Environmental Impact Statement and Environment Auditing
